Rixonway operates in the social housing market and provides the complete kitchen solution for community regeneration. Rixonway was established in 1979 and is located in Dewsbury, near Leeds.

Since the management buy-out we have worked with the management team to look at alternative sales channels and focused the management team on topline growth through increased exposure to high-growth adjacent markets.  We also re-engineered the sales team, ensuring the team maximised sales and marketing opportunities, which resulted in significant improvement to the quality of sales leads and conversions.

The management team has recently developed a new route to market, through independent builders’ merchants to target the private housing market. The new sales route is expected to account for up to 20% of revenues for 2010/11.
