We build very strong partnerships with the management teams we support. We will take a seat on the board and throughout the life of an investment will work closely with management to help the business with its strategic plans, to provide financial support for further appropriate organic and acquisitive expansion and provide support through our network where appropriate. In addition, we incentivise management teams by equity participation and sharing the financial benefit from value creation.
