Agilio Software has acquired Sheffield based MyHRtoolkit, a business providing a cloud-based HR platform to 1,250 customers, supported by a software and operations team of HR specialists.
Specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses, MyHRtoolkit’s online HR software streamlines day to day HR functions with easy-to-use human resource management tools.
August Equity initially invested in Agilio with the acquisition of CODE in 2019 – a leading provider of compliance and HR software into the dental market. In June 2020 Agilio added Isopharm, a provider of both online CPD into the dental market and validation/testing software into a broad range of healthcare providers.
The leadership team at Agilio have done a fantastic job in growing the business into the UK’s leading healthcare operations software provider. It has been a privilege to support them on their initial journey and achieve such strong and dynamic growth.
