August Equity LLP (“August Equity”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Enara Group Limited (“Enara”) has acquired The Care Agency Limited (“The Care Agency”), a privately owned specialist private pay provider of live-in carers.
The Care Agency, established in 1990, provides carers to clients throughout the United Kingdom enabling them to remain in the comfort of their own homes. The business provides care to the elderly, those in need of post-operative care, end of life and respite care.
