August Equity Limited ("August Equity"), an independent private equity firm investing in the UK lower mid-market, today announces the appointment of Keith Davidson as Investment Manager.
Keith joins August Equity from PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC"), where he has been since 2002. Keith qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 2002 before joining the Corporate Finance team at PwC with specific focus on private equity transactions. He advised on a number of mid-market buy-outs providing deal advice to both private equity clients and management teams.
Keith will be responsible for originating deals across the four sectors on which August Equity focuses - Media, Healthcare, Technology and Specialist Manufacturing.
