Kleinwort Capital has realised part of the investment in Securistyle Holdings Limited ('Securistyle'), held by Kleinwort Capitalmanaged funds, through a refinancing. The refinancing, which completed in February 2006, enabled Kleinwort Capital to return half of the original cost of investment in the company to investors.
Securistyle is the UK's leading manufacturer of friction hinges and architectural hardware products which include locking mechanisms and handles for use on windows, doors and conservatories. The business supplies its products to the public sector, housing trusts, resellers, direct to other manufacturers and export markets.
