August Equity LLP (“August Equity”) is pleased to announce that portfolio company 4Projects Limited’s (“4Projects”) software solution was named “Document & Content Management Software of the Year” at the Hammers 2008 - the prestigious annual Computing Construction Awards, held at The Tower Hotel, London on Thursday 20th November.
August Equity completed the management buy-out of 4Projects in July 2007. 4Projects is a market-leading provider of project collaboration software solutions with a particular focus in the architecture, engineering, construction and energy sectors.
Sir Robert McAlpine, a client of 4Projects, was awarded “Best use of IT in Construction” for their use of 4Projects collaboration solution on the O2 Arena, London.
Duncan Mactear, marketing director at 4Projects, remarked “Winning an award at the “Hammers” for a third consecutive year highlights the company's achievements in the construction sector.
