Minerva was created by August Equity to operate independent day schools for three to 18 year-olds in London and South-East England.
Minerva now owns schools in London, Surrey and Cambridge and will make further acquisitions in the South-East as well as developing an international presence. August Equity assembled a strong management team with a track record in private equity-backed businesses, supported by an educational advisory board.
