Ian co-founded August Equity in 2001, having worked with Richard Green since 1989. Ian has led investments in the IT and manufacturing sectors and is a member of the Investment Committee.
He previously spent 12 years at Kleinwort Benson (latterly Dresdner Kleinwort Benson). Ian joined Kleinwort Benson from Stuart McColl Associates plc, a fast growing design group which supplied graphic, interior and architectural design services, where he was group finance director.
Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Babcock International. Ian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
