Keith joined August Equity in 2006 and has worked on the 4Projects, Accura Support Services, Enara and Lifeways Community Care deals.
Keith joined August Equity from the PricewaterhouseCoopers corporate finance team where he had a specific focus on private equity transactions. He advised on a number of mid-market buy-outs providing deal advice to both private equity clients and management teams.
Keith qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Andersen in 2002. Keith has an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde.
