Philip joined August Equity in 2004 and has 20 years private equity experience. He led the investments in Active Assistance, Enara, Funeral Services Partnership, Healthcare Homes Group, Lifeways Community Care and Rixonway. Philip is a member of the Investment Committee.
Philip joined from JPMorgan Partners where he was involved in both the European and US private equity markets. Prior to that, Philip spent eight years at 3i where he completed investments across many sectors.
Philip regularly speaks at private equity events.
Philip has an honours degree in English from Oxford University.
