Philip joined August Equity in 2004 and has 20 years private equity experience. He recently led the investments in Active Assistance, Enara, Funeral Services Partnership, Healthcare Homes Group, Lifeways Community Care and Rixonway. Philip is a member of the Investment Committee.
Philip joined August Equity from JPMorgan Partners where he was involved in both the European and US private equity markets and went on to establish its European healthcare practice. Prior to this, Philip spent eight years at 3i where he completed investments across many sectors.
Philip has an honours degree in English from Oxford University.
