Walker Report

The private equity industry has received a great deal of public scrutiny in the past two years culminating in the publication of the Walker Report, which calls for much greater transparency among the larger private equity houses.

Although we are not obliged to conform to the Walker guidelines we believe they are positive for our industry. They promote greater openness and transparency, and we fully support this. We have therefore prepared a Walker compliant review.
