Agilio Software is the leading provider of SaaS based operational software (including compliance, HR and e-learning) into the dental, GP and veterinary markets.
Agilio (formerly Code) provides essential software and content for healthcare practices to ensure regulatory and CQC compliance, and manage their operations, HR and CPD requirements. Its main product lines include iComply, iTeam, iLearn and TeamNet, as well as appraisal toolkits for GPs. These services free up practice managers time and drive operational excellence in a market underpinned by complex and changing clinical regulation.
Since August’s initial investment, Agilio made 10 acquisitions, adding further software functionality to customers and taking the offering into adjacent end markets within the healthcare space. Agilio also made a number of overseas acquisitions including InterShift, a Netherlands based provider of primary care scheduling software.
Agilio was acquired by TA Associates and Five Arrows in February 2024. August Equity generated a 9.2x return on its investment.
