Higgs LLP, which August Equity backed in August 2025, today announces that it has acquired Vialex Limited, a Scottish based legal business, together with its specialist employment law arm, Navigator Employment Law Limited.  

The transaction establishes a new base in Edinburgh for Higgs LLP and marks a significant step in the firm’s strategic growth across the UK bringing together Higgs’ legacy of forging long-term relationships that have a positive impact on its people, clients and business partners with Vialex Limited and Navigator’s renowned reputation for embedded in‑house style support and mid‑market and private equity corporate capability.
