August Equity completes its fourth platform investment from Fund V, partnering with leading cyber security specialist, Integrity360

August Equity has invested in Ireland's leading cyber security specialist, Integrity360. Joining the management team is an MBI team who led SecureData, a prior investment that August Equity exited to Orange Cyberdefence in 2019, generating a 7.2x return.
Integrity360 is the largest cyber security specialist in Ireland, with presence internationally including the US and UK. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Dublin, the business provides a comprehensive suite of professional, support and managed cyber security services that identify and assess, protect and prevent, detect and analyse and respond and recover cyber risks and threats.
The business supports a wide range of mid-market and enterprise customers, with strong exposure to the financial services, insurance, government, healthcare retail, telecoms and utilities sectors.
August Equity has a strong history in cyber security, having built SecureData into the leading UK cyber security provider prior to its exit to Orange Cyberdefence in 2019. August Equity backed Ian Brown as CEO of SecureData, and he will be partnering with Integrity360 founder and CEO, Eoin Goulding, as Executive Chairman. Eoin will be assuming the role of President. Matt Tomlinson also joins the executive team as Sales Director. Matt Tomlinson has longstanding industry experience having worked with SecureData for almost 20 years. The partnership intends to build a pan-European leading, independent cyber security provider.
