Business Systems (“BSL”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired acrinax for an undisclosed consideration.
Passionate about Customer Experience, acrinax delivers Contact Centre-as-a-Service (“CCaaS”) and Workforce Engagement Management (“WEM”) solutions to enable their customers’ digital transformations. The business’ mission is to support enterprise customers as they transition their contact centres to the cloud, designing, implementing, supporting, and engaging customer experiences. Additionally, it has developed its own software tool, acrinax chat, which is a real time chat translation solution for the global enterprise customer allowing agents to communicate in 100+ languages.
The company was founded by Damian Bowen, David Baughan and Andrew Jacobs who previously held senior positions at NTT DATA, and who will be joining the BSL senior leadership team. They bring decades of contact centre design experience, along with a talented and exceedingly capable team of consultants and engineers. By integrating and leveraging their talent across the broader Business Systems platform, the combined group will be able to provide both a deeper and broader offering to its blue-chip customer base.
Mickey Patel (Partner) and Richard Muckle (Director) from August Equity said “acrinax will combine efforts with BSL in penetrating the high growth CCaaS space. This acquisition builds scale in the group and completes another pillar for BSL to create a broad set of services to its mid and large enterprise customer base.”
The deal team comprised of Mehul Patel, Richard Muckle and Filip Miljevic.
