Business Systems provides mission-critical communication solutions to financial services, contact centres and public sector customers.

The firm has three core offerings: Monitoring and Compliance, Workforce Engagement Management solutions and Cloud Contact Centre solutions. Business Systems has also developed its own proprietary software product, ‘Wordwatch’, that is being sold globally, and offers simplified compliance archiving and records management.
