Origin is the UK’s largest farm and production animal veterinary group.

Prior to August's investment, the business had a strong track record of organic growth, scalable infrastructure and a proven team. Over the course of August's involvement, the business diversified to cover a broader range of species and added ancillary diagnostic and research services. 

August realised the investment in Origin through a trade sale to VetPartners in 2018.
