ESG is fully integrated throughout our investment process, from deal screening to exit. We keep things as simple as possible, focusing on the material issues where there’s real work to be done.
Our approach is fully aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the Principles for Responsible Investment.
Our aim has long been to help the companies we invest in to become both more profitable and more sustainable, while avoiding getting tangled up in excessive red tape and the expense sometimes associated with ESG. We understand that ESG is important for our investors, management teams and the employees of our portfolio companies, and so we take it very seriously too. For many years, we have worked hard to deliver a tangible positive impact across all of our investments, and that good work will continue.

ESG performance and reporting
We deploy the latest technology to source high-quality ESG data from across our portfolio. This enables us to get a grip on what needs to change, and then to monitor progress.
Investors receive ESG score reports quarterly, and we publish a dedicated ESG report annually.
