I joined August in 2023 to focus on leadership development across our portfolio companies and making sure we appoint the right people, so that the portfolio continues to grow and run smoothly.

Having spent two decades in executive search and private equity, I know how pivotal the right people are to value creation, and I enjoy the work of building relationships, transforming cultures and making critical people decisions.

What I enjoy the most about working at August is the people first and foremost. The August culture is one of trust, ambition, and meaningful collaboration.
